Get the Most Out of Your Anti-Aging Program Revisited
Every Anti-Aging Program I design is unique to the individual, however there are general principles that transcend all programs.

We all start an Anti-Program with certain goals in mind, which may include better energy, stamina, libido, mental focus and drive, body composition, exercise results and recovery, and many others.
It helps to get specific with our goals, whether it is pounds and inches, body composition determined by DEXA scan, exercise markers like weights lifted or distances walked or run, lab values for hormone levels and markers of aging and disease risk, genetic testing for disease risk, and rating scales for energy and other objective and subjective indicators.
Goal setting and regular observation of progress allows us to maintain motivation and effort in our programs.
Many people initially come to me for hormone replacement only, and there are many benefits from just doing HRT.
In addition, there are various program elements that if used together can create a synergistic effect that is greater than the sum of the component parts.
These elements include:

Consistency of effort is essential for continued progress and reaching goals. Anti-Aging programs are started with a lot of enthusiasm and then we often get busy and start to slack off on our efforts.
One of the signs of declining focus on your program is the accumulation of unused products like HRT supplies and Nutritional Supplements. At Anti-Aging Atlanta we make an effort to order everything you will need for 4 week intervals, so product accumulation may indicate an impending program failure due to noncompliance.
When you make it to the 6 week to 2 month mark, you should be seeing results that are encouraging and will help with motivation to continue your efforts.
